  • Perform and monitor day-to-day processing of Trade Operations functions including matching and settlement of trades in complex markets. • Checking of FO booking to ensure all Equity/Fixed Income and FX trades are captured in the systems and that the details are in line with documentation received from Brokers. • Trade Affirmation and Trade Execution across Paper Confirmations and Electronic platforms (CTM, MISYS, GTSS and OASYS), Prematching and Fail Management. • Trade monitoring and trade fixing for mismatched & unmatched trades, which includes interaction with Brokers & Traders. • Monitor workflows to ensure incoming confirmations are prioritized accordingly and ensure timely matching of Trades and Settlement process. • Communicating with Custodians for pre and post settlement issues. • Contribute to meeting regulatory confirmation execution targets. • Provide training and assistance to team members in various activities and in resolving complex issues. • Resolving queries and exceptions where necessary, understanding the importance of effective escalation • Timely resolving of Trades and understanding the importance of NAV Impact. • Ensuring on time and accurate payments as per market cut off timelines. • Liaise with drafting teams, Legal, Trading and Sales to agree documentation with Counterparties. • Ensure Static Data setup linked to confirmations for new / existing clients. • Proactively contribute to improve team effectiveness through Continuous Improvement approach. • Maintaining effective working relationships with Front office Trading and Middle office, Legal, Compliance, IT and other Operational areas • Be customer focused by maintaining excellent relationships with our external clients/Brokers understand their organization and their expectations. • Meet client’s expectations in strict respect of internal group policies and procedures in place. • Continuous review of processes and controls ensuring high level of risk management Show less
