      In this company I was involved in two projects for Insurance company. The first is in Healthcare and Personal Accident Information System project for PT. China Insurance Indonesia. In this project I also do all software development phase, such as preliminary study, analyze, design, testing, implementation and maintenance the system that has been already made. To develop this system I’m using Power Designer to design a new system and the database, Power Builder 7.0 with PFC for programming, and Ms. SQL Server 2000 for the database. The second is I was involved in XLINDO Project for PT. Jiwasraya Insurance. This system is an On-Line System for operational activity in this company which has many branches in all Indonesia. I also use Power Designer to design the system and the database, Power Builder and PHP 4.0 for programming, Apache for web server and ORACLE 8i for the database. In web programming I also use Java Script and VBScript too and in the database process I use PL/SQL script. Show less

      Mainly as System Analyst & Programmer that used SMART/400. This company used Polisy/Asia system for their operational activity from 2009. Before that we used COBOL/400 to maintain our previous system which called GEN/400. In my daily activity, I develop a new program, modified existing program or create some report for user based on user request, because sometimes the system doesn’t support want the user need. For example, I already develop some reporting program such as Renewal List report, SubLedger & Aging report, Outstanding Claim report, Monthly Production report, Claim Incurred report and etc. With my experience in AS/400 environment, I’m sure I have a good knowledge with AS/400 tools and utilities such as Query/400, SQL, DFU, SDA and RLU. Besides working in AS/400, sometimes I develop a new program with Ms. Access or creating a report with Ms. Excel VBA. Show less

      Mainly as Programmer Analyst that giving services to Mandiri AXA General Insurance or called MAGI. Due to MAGI used PSEA system for their operational system so in my daily activity I’m using SMART/400 in AS400. I’m also involved in preparation and implementation of PSEA system from September until October 2011. After that my role is to maintain, monitor and become an administrator of this system. I also develop a new program, modified existing program or create some report for user based on user request, because sometimes the system doesn’t support want the user need. As a supporting PIC for MAGI, usually when the MAGI users have some question about the system, they usually contact me in order to have the answer or a brief/detail explanation about the system work, so the users can have a clear and better understanding about this system. Besides that, I also have to manage the UAT process for local program or regional solution program. Because this PSEA system is regional based operational system.For example, I already develop some reporting program such as Premium Register for MV, Premium Register for Fire, List of Pending Policy, Statement of Account for Direct and Non-Direct, Claim Register, Claim Payment, Aging report, Trial Balance report and etc. I’m also involved in B2B (Business to Business) Project between MAGI and their Business Partner.       Currently my responsibility is in the Production Support Life/Asia system which is the core system. Right now I'm handling Incident Management, so day to day I'm working with the incident ticket from the users. In incident management we analyze the root cause, and we try to do workaround to solve the incident quickly. If the root cause it came from bugs in the system, we move the incident become problem and we do the bugs fix. The problem management will be handle by another team. Before I'm handling incident management, I'm handling problem management and also doing the UAT process of the fixed program to ensure the fixes are the same with the requirement. The developer fix the program based on the error finding by the user in the incident. After that me and my team do the analysis problem to know what part in the program is the problem. After the developer do the fixing and SIT, the UAT process will be handled by my self. But not only the UAT task I’m handled. I’m also handled Data Patching based on user request and also answer some query from the users related with the Life/Asia system.Before I’m in charge in the Production Support Life/Asia, I’m in the Developer Life/Asia section. Which is mainly do the development for the new program, modify the existing program or also creating some letter or report programs based on the requirement from the users. Show less
