  Role & Responsibility: Implementing safety standards, codes and procedures that become part of the operating instructions of the company.  Proactively co-ordinate and monitor all project activities to ensure agreed HSE standards are fully implemented and properly followed.  Identify unsafe conditions or actions and take action to resolve them in a timely manner.  Conducting Training and Safety Meetings. Perform regular behavioral Safety Audits. Developing Training Programs. Review all HSE related documentation, including Method Statements, work permit procedures and safety equipment requisitions, to ensure compliance with established standards.  Providing day-to-day health and safety guidance. Coordinate and communicate with client on Project HSE. Report the performance status of Project HSE and relevant issues to the Project Manager. Monitor and publicize any new Safety incidents and learn what comes from them. And assist with incident investigations where applicable. Establish and monitor an emergency rescue/response plan and periodic drills /training in case of an fire or medical emergency. Ensure safety support for the development of key performance indicators to monitor contractor HSE activity progress. Conduct weekly and monthly safety inspection by visiting the plant areas and check all maintenance, operation and contractor activities to ensure the implementation of all safety instruction and provide the daily safety inspection report including the safety observation with its status. Leading continuous improvement efforts through the use of client operating system and an HSE Management system to reduce occurrences of OSHA recordable injuries and the reduction of hazardous materials Show less

  Duties and Responsibilities:1. To develop, implement and monitor Hospital Health and Safety Policy, Plan, and Procedures;2. To assist the Hospital in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of staff ,patient and visitors;3. To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the Hospital;4. To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to staff and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to hospital vehicles and property;5. To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Facility Management Director and/or other appropriate senior staff;6. To respond to employees’ safety concerns;7. Daily safety rounds of hospital premises 8. To assist the Hospital Facility Management & Safety Committees;9. To respond to fires and other emergencies on or about the Hospital property;10.
