Show less I am a senior member of the Technical and Applications Support team at LGC Biosearch Technologies. Our key role is to provide global support for all of our products, both to customers and to other teams within the company. This support includes answering technical queries and troubleshooting complex issues, as well as generating scientific documentation and product application data. I project manage all requests for customer-facing scientific collateral and in addition I have co-developed our internal Sharepoint site to facilitate sharing of internal technical information across the company. I have a strong emphasis on development of processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Show less
