Created and hosted variously themed engagement initiatives across campus which included researching local elections, graphic design for informational brochures, public speaking through class presentations and community outreach.

  My School Votes Coordinator

  Lead outreach to grow the My School Votes (MSV) network of educator and student ambassadors in key states through digital and in-person messaging. Instrumental in doubling the size of the 2024 Ambassador cohort to 184 members. Support the Senior Director and MSV Team to build infrastructure and manage day-to-day operations of the Ambassador Program including program messaging and materials, leading the onboarding process for ambassadors, and leading the stipend payment process to ensure each received their compensation for the program. Facilitate meetings and maintain relationships with students and educators via 1:1 support meeting and weekly trainings. Lead data entry and creation and distribution of unique voter registration portals, trackable links and QR codes, and disseminating toolkits schools, community members, student ambassadors, and our larger network.
