      In addition to my duties as a Residence Hall Director, I served as the interim adviser to the four national social Greek fraternities on the UW-L campus. These chapters included Delta Sigma Phi, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sigma Tau Gamma, and Chi Phi. Serving as an inaugural Residence Hall Director, I developed and coordinated the day-to-day operations within this 500 bed, co-ed, Gold LEED Certified residence hall. My responsibilities included the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of nine resident assistants and seven assistant housekeepers.
