Contract encompass Base Service Division comprised on Dining Facilities, Moral Welfare Recreations Programs, Custodial Services, and warehouse operation, as well as food safety and management, joint services air transportation, fleet management, materials inventory and logistic for military operations, i.e. cargo transportation. Developed project estimates, manage base civil engineering operations. Coordinated and developed projects with Base Commander, Operations Directors and the Honduran and U.S. Military Forces, and was directly responsible for developing quality control and process improvement strategies. .  Implemented quality processes for a 1000+ vehicles/equipment program, maintaining KPI readiness at 98%.  Developed innovation process on dining facility, resulting in a 100% food safety program upgrade to 5 Stars World Class. Established Quality Learning Center for Business Excellence facilitating QSM; conducted over 24 workshops; trained over 480 employees in the last 2½ years; with a cost avoidance of $740K+. Improved operations within Environmental Div.
