  Money Mapping- Creating visual power points of all the items sold in accessories weekly, calculating how much each display zone made, and make decisions on whether product should change to different locations in order to maximize sales and revenue.- Creating custom excel sheets, showing week by week the sales of each display zone, the increase in sales due to a suggested swap of product in certain zones which have proven to be successful.- Built a strong relationship with VM, on exceptional standards and ideas of products being on display.- Generating weekly feedback from the accessories team on why certain products didn't sell in different zones and feedback from clients.Stock-Allocation- In Charge on examining the weekly reports and suggesting which products should be reduced in stock or deranged. He is the reason why I will return to that location for all purchases. He is a model employee. All the other stores I went into in London had terrible customer service but Burberry was exceptional.
