      • Worked as a Language assistant in a security program named EIC course conducted by the US department of state, bureau of diplomatic security, office of anti-terrorism assistance for Bangladesh Police Force (100 members’ police officers).• Being a communication assistant, my job there required me to interpret the training scripts and course materials in the local language. At the same time, I had to promptly convey the trainees’ feedback to the trainers in English. • Conveyed our cultural norms, social customs, values & ethics to the US trainers to help develop mutual understanding in conducting the program at ease.• Reported to the US team and our local facilitators about the training outcome in a prescribed format daily, which required continuous efforts within the team responsible for data extraction and interviewing the trainees throughout the course. • Additional duties include communication and coordination where necessary.
