  Role & Responsibilities:•To understand customer basic requirements and expectations for new product design and development.•To Perform design analysis, evaluate failure and optimize design for weight and cost by maintaining functional performance and timeline targets.•Responsible for Virtual simulation of chassis, subsystem and body panels of vehicles for static, dynamic, MBD condition for durability and fatigue analysis.•Responsible for Solver deck preparation includes Pre-processing, Solution, Post processing in CAE tool.•Technical CAE report preparation and presentation to customer.•To participate in design review meetings and provide timely alternative design modification with minimal iterations for improving structural Performance and to meet customer requirements.•To communicate with team members and customers on all projects related matters to ensure that all work carried out maintaining Industrial standard Procedure.•To Maintain records of all activities and results in CAE project database •Analysis Module(Hand on) – Ansys Workbench 19R2 -Linear and Non-linear Analysis -Static Structural Analysis -Fatigue Analysis -Modal Analysis -Harmonic Response Analysis -Dynamic Analysis -Rigid Dynamic Analysis -Random Vibration Analysis -Shape Optimization •Solver Deck Preparation Responsibilities: √Pre-processing: - Geometry Clean-up and Simplification - Extract Midsurface - Meshing 1D/2D/3D - Quality and Compatibility check for Meshing - Material Properties assignment - Assign Contacts/Connections in Assembly - Loading and Boundary conditions (constraints) assignments √Solution: - Solve model with help of software and compute required results by overcoming error √Post-processing: - Validity check of the solution by analytical calculation(Hand Calculation) - Report Preparation - Observation and Conclusion from the analysis - Suggestion and Recommendation for Design Modification Show less
