      Leader Developer, Coach, and Consultant Executive Officer and 2IC for 25th DIVARTY Among a group of specially selected high performing military professionals involved in leader and leadership development practices. In charge of supporting mission command for a 40,000 Soldier Division and its artillery assets. Directly responsible for 203 Soldiers. Accountable for $40 million in property. Activated and trained to proficiency a 104 Soldier cannon battery in support of a 7000 Soldier Brigade. Accountable for $30 million in property. Responsible for the tactical employment of 18 howitzers in support of a 7,000 Soldier brigade during combat operations. Established firing operations for 600 Soldier battalion. Responsible for the employment, coordination, and synchronization of lethal and non-lethal assets for an 810 Soldier unit. While deployed, responsible for coordinating assets over 2 provinces to support battalion operations. Responsible for the administration and logistics of a 94 Soldier, 8 howitzer battery. Responsible for the tactical and technical employment of 47 Soldiers and 4 howitzer platoon.
