  Now Foods Sdn Bhd is an OEM company that produce instant noodles and gummy products. During internship, I am responsible in:1) Handle Halal and HACCP documentations.- Ensure all documents are well prepare before submitting the halal applications.- Communicate with customer regarding certain documents for their products Halal application.- Monitoring all the CCP and SOP to ensure its complying with the government regulations.- Review SOP to ensure its complying with the latest Malaysian Standard.- Ensure the raw material meet the customer standards and complying with the regulations.2) R&D- Responsible in producing new products that meet clients satisfaction.- Prepare prototypes and improve the formulation based on the shelf life and clients preferences.- Conduct sensory evaluation for new/existing product sample.3) QC & Production- Involve in instant noodles and gummy productions.- Provide the new SOP that meet the standards provided by government.- Ensure the production run according to the SOP and standards that have been provided.- Monitor the quality of the products (in terms of taste, texture and products appearance)- Responsible in keeping the product samples according to the batch number.
