Agathya Selvakumar is the Founder and CEO of FINNMIN, a company dedicated to enhancing Financial Literacy among young minds. With a Post-graduate degree in Finance and Operations from Jansons School of Business, Agathya has been passionately leading FINNMIN since 2021. Her innovative approach focuses on activity-based, behavioural sessions and workshops for schools and colleges. Under her leadership, FINNMIN impacted over 22,000 students across 40+ schools and 15+ colleges. At FINNMIN, we are pioneering the future of financial education by combining the latest in Fintech with insights from Behavioral Science. And also had a experience on HR department skills as I worked parallel and recruited some candidates from college with my team.
