      Team manager • Two team members, both who were new starts and trained by myself within 8 months of starting role. • Managing team workload from clients and assigning to each team member with set deadlines. • Weekly catch-up and review as a team. • Monthly 1-2-1’s to review work, progress of set objectives and PDP’s. • Setting daily and monthly targets. Account management • Clients included 7 of the top 10 retailers in the UK.
