  Angelica and Terence Atman are a husband and wife team who have over 50 years’ experience between them in the field of Counselling, Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Stress Management, Training and Development, Instructional Design, Consulting, Life Coaching, Yoga, Meditation and Self-Development. Leveraging the best resources, western psychological training and eastern teachings, Angelica and Terence Atman are committed to delivering knowledge and strategies that foster lasting transformation and increased resilience. They have formally trained thousands of people in the workplace and have inspired and helped many thousands in the areas of personal and spiritual development. They have developed the Beyond Stress - Integral Corporate Wellness Program to help staff and managers maximise performance and reduce stress. They also offer workplace counselling to support people and organisations across all sectors, locations and sizes.Angelica and Terence are the published authors of two books – ‘Reaching Beyond the Dream’ and 'Tools for Spiritual Transformation’; books that offer deep insights and knowledge about the nature of personal experience. Over the years they have written many articles and blogs for various publications and have produced many hypnotic, relaxations and meditation CD’s. Their vast experience and in-depth knowledge makes them experts in delivering real solutions to organisations and individuals. Angelica and Terence are constantly updating their skills and regularly train with the best trainers in the most advanced and up to date approaches to training, therapy and human development. They are qualified trainers and hold an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy Post Graduate Degree.
