  Non-profit organization working with the churches of the Amazon River Basin determining the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of the villages and churches to determine the paths they should take to attain their goals. Developed a potable water project called “Fit to Drink” generating donations through athlete sponsorships during athletic events to install water filtration devices in homes, churches, schools and other community spaces. Work with US and Peruvian physicians and other medical professionals to determine the instances of parasites and other communicable diseases in target villages.   • Developed and implemented various programs and pilot initiatives involving residential green building programs including LEED for Homes and others. Researched energy efficiency and building construction standards to maximize energy efficiency measures for homeowners’ and the environment’s best interest on new construction and home repair projects, and implemented new measures to achieve those goals. Developed and implemented a residential solar pilot program for affordable housing. Enacted a development plan to finance each of the initiatives listed above and actively sought and secured funding from various foundations, corporations and individuals. Developed and strengthened strategic partnerships with other nonprofit organizations, corporations, educational institutions and others.
