Member of Patient Care System build team and Clinical Advisory Group. Acting Manager responsible for approximately 120 Allied Health Professionals in four departments consisting of Physiotherapy, Occupational, Speech Language Pathology and Respiratory Therapy. Senior RT responsible for team lead of 24 Registered Respiratory Therapists. Department was responsible for adult and neonatal care in 264 bed community Hospital with 8 bed adult Intensive Care Unit and Level II Nursery.
