  SCOPE :Construction of New paper mill includes Industrial buildings, Structural works, Foundation works and Road worksJOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervision of Industrial buildings, Office Buildings, Large Quantity Earth works, Piling work, huge mass of Fabrication works, Structure Foundation, Machinery foundation and Road works  Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from authorities Checking formwork, reinforcements, concrete slum test (density test and compression strength test) Foundation marking (Footing & Column) and bring to Leveling works Monitoring construction Activities like excavation, foundation works, PCC and Shuttering Steel Fixing, casting concrete, masonry for brick works and plastering etc. Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of materials Provides technical assistance to sub-contractor supervision and keep them informed on all concerns Follow the Client Specifications, GA & IFC drawings  Installation of structures as per approved drawing Coordinate with supervisor/Foremen sub-contractor representatives on daily basis to resolve any problems or issues Ensure the job was carried out with permit to work condition and HSE plan/policy Interacting with company representatives and ensuring conformity & stage release for each activity  Conduct daily Tool box to ensure safety and quality in works. Preparation of Measurement books, Preparation of Client Bills & Reconciliation of Materials. Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Quality Testing Report Show less
