  Analysed failures of CFBC (Cold Cyclone) Boiler's superheater tubes bank. The discovered failures were mainly common, which happened due to internal overheating of the tubes at the pendant loops during the low load operation of the boiler. The root fault was addressed near the tube banks at the steam inlet headers. Excessive entrainment of boiler's DM water solids and hard soluble salts that were developed due to inconsistent dispersion of saturated steam at the tube junctions creating restrictions in steam flow overtime which in turn lead to overheating of the critical areas of the tube banks which in turn lead to development of thick lipped fissures in the internal wall of the tubes causing additional blockage. This could have lead to direct oxidation based imploding ruptures inside the tubes.which can be catastrophic but was avoided by plant's computer safety system, which shutdown the boiler unit in response to its abnormal operation.Also, Analysed failures in Refractory linings caused by thermal corrosions and their measures. Performed complete analysis of failure of superheater tubes of a typical cold cyclone cfbc boiler by simple boroscopic inspection using micro-robotic tube crawlers which demonstrated a considerable degree of failure reductions in the case assigned for the project. Studied about the production of high consumer grade aluminium from alumina. Studied the varied technologies used in the potline's graphite bed. Transferring techniques of molten Aluminium in laddles into ingot & billet castings, and the cooling techniques of aluminium ingot & billet bricks which are then sent to FRP for further processing.
