  Wedu Global nurtures the development of aspiring female leaders through bespoke mentorship and funding for education. * I was responsible for auditing and restructuring Wedu’s signature Leadership Development Curriculum, which now enables 700+ disadvantaged Southeast Asian women to grow into successful, college-educated entrepreneurs. * I created pedagogical content, such as lesson plans and discussion guides, to ignite productive 1-1 conversations between for C-suite volunteers and their Wedu mentees. * I also interviewed and assessed 15 applicants to the programme as part of Wedu’s admissions panel.   Social Enterprise Young Talent

  Skillseed is Singapore-based social enterprise that designs and facilitates themed learning experiences for social impact, in Singapore and beyond. I created a new service for Skillseed, the Empathy Exercises, which are team-building masterclasses aimed at youth and corporate audiences. I conducted research to understand the Singaporean market and Skillseed's target population. I then translated this research into a curated curriculum and ran a trial with volunteers to refine my content. Once finalised, I pitched the workshop series and won a new partner school for Skillseed. Show less

  Fundraising Analyst

  EVEROP is a Luxembourg-based real-estate development company which engages in philanthropic activities in sub-saharian Africa. As a Fundraising Analyst, I traveled to Burkina Faso to conduct field research in the Kaya region. I organised meetings with local partners and communities, and collaborated to implement a micro-credit loan initiative for 100 female entrepreneurs in August 2018. Building upon quantitative and qualitative field data, I then wrote a proposal to raise 500,000 euros from institutional actors in Luxembourg for the building of a secondary school in Kaya. They also provide digital solutions and editorial content to a broad range of orchestras and institutions across the classical music industry. • As the Premium Content Manager at Vialma, I oversaw the production of written, audio and video content around classical music for the Vialma website, mobile and TV applications, catering to an audience of 100,000 monthly visitors across the European Union and the UK. • I recruited and trained a pool of 7 specialist writers and content creators to execute Vialma’s editorial strategy. • I coordinated the production of curated content (articles, programme notes, interviews) for Vialma’s 20 institutional partners, including the London Symphony Orchestra, Festival d’Aix-en Provence, Arena di Verona, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Opéra de Paris (AROP). • I produced Vialma’s 3 weekly newsletters in French and English (audience: 70,000+) and worked closely with the Marketing Team to coordinate social media communications across various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). • I also sourced strategic media placements for the Vialma brand and delivered content around these placements, ranging from press releases to features and interviews (Le Figaro, Interlude, LCI, Ardoiz, etc) Show less

  The Philharmonie Luxembourg is one of Europe’s leading concert halls, home to the Luxembourg Philharmonic and caretaker of an eclectic musical heritage ranging from classical to jazz and world music.- As Senior Content Manager, I coordinate the Philharmonie’s editorial and content marketing strategy, using multimedia storytelling tools (print, online, audio) to engage new audiences. - I manage a team of 10 content specialists, both in-team and freelance (copywriters, social media managers, videographers, graphic designers). - I continue the operational tasks of the previous position (copywriting, interviewing, broadcasting).
