  Moving from the contracted HR Manager position at Calvary to the Remuneration and Payroll Manager at Calvary had been a busy commitment. The implementation of Kronos Time and Attendance in June 2012 and then Chris21 Payroll System in December 2012 was a large task undertaken with a small dedicated team of payroll officers. The completion of a full leave audit was also undertaken of the 1100 strong employees during my time with Calvary. My role was to manage the payroll team and project manage our Kronos and Chris21 projects as well as being responsible for the processing of 5 payrolls within the system covering all aspects of payroll functions.
