As the partnerships and grants manager I was responsible for the development of the organization’s partnership and grants strategy and execution, including supervising the project management teams working on the execution of the running programmes. • Secured over 3.5 million USD in grants and subsidies (direct funding to FabricAID) which supported the growth of the organization from 5 FTE end of 2019 to 100 FTE end of 2024; • Developed multi-country consortia (incl.
