  ▪ Consecutive and simultaneous interpretation at meetings, trainings, conference calls, workshops, committee sessions, panel discussions with the Governor of the NBS (including interpretation lasting up to 8 hours with short breaks and for two or three consecutive days; interpretation at meetings attended by a large number of participants – up to 40, frequently changing the direction of interpretation – from Serbian into English, and vice versa; chuchotage) ▪ Translation of various types of texts, documents, and business correspondence from Serbian into English, and vice versa in all areas of operations in the bank (finance, corporate and retail banking, legal affairs, risk management, brokerage, payments, treasury, operations, IT, property management, security, HR, compliance, audit); proofreading translated texts; working independently and in teams on translating large-scale projects involving hundreds of pages with tight deadlines (thereby achieving considerable savings for the bank by making it unnecessary to engage translation agencies) ▪ Substituting for the Business Secretary in administrative duties such as writing decisions, archiving documents, keeping records of all the Division’s employees, business correspondence, scheduling meetings, updating data on the bank’s intranet website▪ My greatest achievement while working at the bank is writing a glossary of specialized terms in English and Serbian for in-house use, containing terms not found in specialized bilingual dictionaries.
