His last assignments included Streamlining Police Verification Process as part of BGV as Senior Manager Field Operations , Pan India for AuthBridge Research Services Private Ltd, Implementation of HR Shared Services Project In HCL Info Systems Ltd , Project head for D2C(Direct to Customer) -SBI Special sales project with HCL Info Systems Ltd where he transformed the revenue model exponentially. Was the Project Head with HCL Services Ltd for D2C network expansion for over 300 Multi Brand Service Centers. Entrepreneurship, Change management and Cross functional Project implementation from Idea to successful Execution, are some of his key competencies. A keen golfer who is well traveled , He is Founder & CEO , Above & Beyond Advisory Services and he regularly conducts Business excellence Workshops on Philip Crosby Model through DIRFT, PONC approach to help global giants and various organisation in Indian Industry and abroad.
