  Study of the structure-function relationships underlying the development of the antioxidant power of natural flavonoids.Performing antioxidant activity tests in vitro (FRAP, CUPRAC, ABTS, ORAC, DPPH or even chelation capacity) but also in vivo on eukaryotic cells (yeasts), in order to assess the protective power of these natural flavonoids against the peroxidation of membrane lipids, the carbonylation of proteins or the formation of pyrimidine dimers at the DNA level in response to UV-type stress.This internship was carried out as part of the MariLine project aimed at the valorization of these natural flavonoids for cosmetic applications and benefiting from the support of the ARD2020 CosmetoSciences program.
