  Sole in-house architect at a real estate development firm specializing in out-of-ground hotels in Manhattan I managed the firm’s weekly portfolio development meeting with architects, engineers, attorneys and contractors. On average the firm had 15 hotels in various stages of design, DOB filing, pre-construction, construction, TCO and opening as hotels over 14 years. My responsibilities included managing relationships with buyers, brands, consultants and contractors. I was responsible for the interior build-out of the hotels to meet brand standards including guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, IT, communication and entertainment systems. Show less
