  Led a team of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and Supply Chain experts to design, develop and deliver a $160m strategic Pharmacy Management (Dispensing) System and Stock Replenishment solution for Boots UK.Accountabilities included:• Requirements definition• Technical liaison and ongoing business analyst guidance• Clinical Master Data approval (including interaction checking)• Regulatory compliance• Implementation of the European Falsified Medicines Directive• Internal/external stakeholder management (including NHS Digital)• User Acceptance Testing portfolio for all Pharmacy and Healthcare applications• Benefits realisation Show less In addition to store pharmacist duties I was accountable for driving retail and dispensing items to meet and exceed the budgets set. This involved robust management of sales plan, re-profiling the store colleague model to ensure customer needs were met, building a strong operational platform, and engaging the team to deliver expert customer care. Under my leadership the store moved from a negative growth situation to being consistently top of the area in terms of overall revenue growth (delivering a performance swing of +14%). Show less This role involved maintaining professional standards across the Lincoln City Group of stores, driving the healthcare agenda through impact and influence and overseeing the pharmacist plans. During my time as Group Pharmacy Manager I was involved in the opening of a new 100 hour pharmacy, designed and delivered a rural prescription collection service (including SOP definition), set up substance misuse services and led a Boots UK Top 30 Care Home Service unit. I also built strong relationships with the local Primary Care Trust and Drug Action Teams to support local clinic needs. Show less
