      As a member EY's leading Transaction Advisory Services Practice, I have been supporting high-profile cross-border transactions on the buy-side and sell-side in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer goods industry, focusing on commercial, supply chain and IT transformation.Selected credentials:- Led the Finance, HR, Legal and HealthCare compliance IT workstream on the $4,3B buy-side carve-out of a leading surgical vision company by a Fortune 500 multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer. Key areas supported include legal entity structure and management reporting company set up, HR, payroll and benefits onboarding for conveyed employees in Buyer’s systems - Assisted a leading pharmaceutical company in the contemplated divestiture of a medical devices franchise by supporting reverse due diligence including current and future state operating model design and development of strategic scenarios for manufacturing ERP and quality systems.- Supported a Fortune 500 multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer goods manufacturer in the divestiture of an $800M medical devices subsidiary with global commercial footprint. Developed current and future state commercial operating model design, supply chain flows mapping, separation planning & TSA scope/cost identification and stand-up as well as post close supply chain support - Advised on the divestiture of a $2B consumer health care division of a leading American pharmaceutical company, a $14,6B transaction involving 160 countries, 2000 employees and 3000 products. Provided dedicated support to the IT work stream, developed IT current state and Day 1 operating model as well as TSA requirements and transfer approaches to ensure Day 1 readiness. Show less Selected credentials:- Assisted with the merger of two car leasing companies with a focus on the Finance and Operations & Supply Chain work streams and extensive project-management activities, as part of a large European deal ($1B transaction involving 12 countries and 10 work streams). The scope included a carve-out of the buyer’s leasing business unit from the parent entity (customers, suppliers, HR, services offering, Finance, IT, assets and facilities segmentation), followed by a merger with the acquired company.- Advised on the divestiture of a network business unit for a global mobile phone manufacturer and telecommunications equipment company. Identified separation issues and stand-alone requirements in the HR, IT and Legal functions with respect to different separation scenarios and assessed TSA requirements.- Assisted a European leader in the automotive aftermarket industry in the context of a contemplated acquisition of a large German competitor.
