Show less Served as the executive sponsor to all telehealth/virtual care/RPM projects system wide - Accountable and prioritize a $1,000,000 budget with 12 direct reports containing a combination of nurses and technical individuals- Increased synchronous telehealth visit count 1200% from March 2020 to April 2020 and have now had over 20,000 visits across our enterprise.- Created and Implemented a COVID-19 Remote Patient Monitoring program tailored to patients diagnosed with COVID-19. We have had over 1400 individuals in the program with an enterprise readmission rate of less than 7%.
