      Provide support to the supervisor by optimizing resources during the workday to achieve key performance indicators such as Safety, Quality, Production, Yield, and Productivity Rate, among others.Ensure the schedule adheres to the assigned area by providing support to direct personnel.Communicate production schedule results or deviations to the supervisor in a timely manner.Collaborate with the supervisor on administrative tasks such as coordinating vacations, managing attendance of direct personnel, and arranging staff transportation, among others.Ensure the manufacturing process is followed, documentation is completed, and products are handled appropriately to prevent any quality issues or discrepancies.Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding personnel performance.Support the supervisor by providing continuous feedback to direct personnel, reinforcing and recognizing desired behavior while addressing unacceptable behavior.Ensure company principles and policies are consistently followed.Be responsible for tracking line metrics and reporting results daily.Partially cover the supervisor's responsibilities if needed, including making decisions related to personnel, safety, and quality as required.Assist the supervisor in controlling and/or executing production record documentation tasks as needed.Maintain proper and timely communication, escalating issues that could impact area outcomes.
