  Co-led a team of 48 data collectors at The Championships and Qualifying Competition. Acted as an escalation point for the team, ensuring corrective and preventive action was implemented where necessary to guarantee the smooth running of data collection. Responsible for capturing live match data at The Championships in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Decisions are made on the serve, return, number and type of shots in the rally, how the point ended and the strategy used by each player, creating comprehensive match statistics used for broadcasting. In 2016, I produced the official statistics for both the Men's and Ladies' finals.

  In addition to managing the Hawk-Eye team at high-profile events, most notable projects include the implementation of Video Review technology (aka VAR) for the first time in history at a Tennis Tour event, with over 50 successful Video Review challenges across three venues at the ATP Cup. Additionally, the roll out of ELC Live technology at the US Open during the pandemic - line judges were replaced with this technology across 13 courts, making Hawk-Eye fundamental to the restart of professional tennis. Also a member of the Tennis department’s management team responsible for running a business unit of over 100 individuals, creating strategy in line with the company’s vision and hitting financial targets.
