Show less As an infrastructure and business analyst, I specialized in diagnosing and solving problems which involved complex systems embedded in IBM´s Global Financing computer network. As part of my responsibilities, I also monitored and evaluated highly complex systems and detected areas that needed updating, improvement or security enhancements.
