      Lead multiple Global Project Teams on the implementation of a newly contracted global delivery support model delivering service to approximately 60,000+ clients worldwide. This included managing the roll-out of standard tools/processes and the coordination of best shore migration activities for 300+ employees in six distinct geographical delivery locations. Managed multiple Project Managers on the end-to-end design, development and implementation of Global Service Desk delivery solutions for a Fortune 500 client. Responsible to create and champion new business strategic vision related to organizational expansion resulting in over $11 Million dollars in growth. Directed team activities to establish a new offshore call center for a Fortune 500 client, including the simultaneous migration of two US based toll free inbound support centers to an offshore location. Responsible for people-care and operational management of a toll free inbound support center. This 24x7 technical help desk team of 20 people provided multi-tiered infrastructure support services to over 30,000 clients. Directed solution development and industry benchmarking activities, implemented newly contracted services and provided Project Management subject matter expertise for a technical help desk organization of 125+ employees. Responsible for client interface activities for multiple IT outsourcing contracts. Activities included monitoring service level compliance and managing service improvement projects to improve end-to-end service delivery. Directed daily operations of a technical help desk including team hiring interviews, providing technical and procedural training for new employees and developing and disseminating policies and procedures.

This included supporting the migration of 120,000+ Xerox clients from multiple legacy email systems to a single consolidated Exchange 2010 corporate email system, as well as, the migration of the complete IT Service Desk delivery infrastructure (20,000 contacts/month) with no negative impact to contracted levels of service.
