  Taking part in the study and documentation of business lines within the bank's credit workflow and updating the same on a periodical basis .Participating in the periodic study to evaluate business lines in terms of workflow efficiency and absence of conflict of interest and the requirements of reviewing credit approval matrix ( including local and external branch networks and the head office ) and the related organizational structure . Taking part in disseminating the concept of risk culture pursuant to the best international practices through staying abreast of the latest international risk management practices and the publications issued by the basel committee on banking supervision (BCBS) presenting relevant discussion papers raising awareness about such updates and the arising challengers providing training cpurses to propose the new resulting requirements amending and updating the credit policy ,credit process controls and credit committee authorities amending and updating the organizational structure or introducing new jobs in conformity with these requirements and keeping senior management pevels ( other than those who review the Division's works and competent employees) informed of the division's works etc Show less
