Cobalt was one of the first Private Label Customers of Respond.com and this project was completed in record time due to very tight release scheduleDeveloped the Seller inbox navigation using C++ for Respond 5.0. The proprietary techniques developed by Equinix allow bandwidth Buyers to quickly connect to multiple network service Providers without incurring the cost and time of a complex network setup. ED consolidates bandwidth usage among multiple network providers into a single monthly bill. ED facilitates online reporting and Route Configuration. It also supports functions such as user management, traffic accounting, customer-port administration, peering management and billing & revenue details. Equinix Service Portal (ESP):Designed from ground up, ESP is a web-based interface providing a secure, convenient and reliable suite of essential operations performance management and service provisioning functions; giving responsive and accessible online support 24/7. Some of the ESP features are IBX environmental status monitoring, Customer network devices/application & server status monitoring, Fault management and Near real time network performance report. ESP uses the same EJB layer as that of ED. ESP also uses an AXIS based web service client to communicate with a legacy Remedy system.Equinix GigE Exchange Portal:The Equinix GigE Exchange Portal provides detailed reporting to networks and content providers using Equinix GigE Exchange, a service that facilitates ISP and content peering amongst Equinix customers through a central switching fabric.
