  At my time with Carlson, the business was a $1 billion “below the line” marketing agency providing a range of services that included , loyalty programme management, direct marketing solutions, “one to one” consultancy, staff motivation programmes and interactive media solutions. In the role of Technology Solutions Director, I was responsible for an autonomous IT services business that was responsible to 55 “blue chip” clients from sectors including retail, banking, telecommunications, travel and leisure. Whilst at Carlson I had responsibility for approximately 200 IT staff. A sample of some of my clients whilst at Carlson included, Lloyds TSB, Ford, SAS (Scandinavian Airlines), KLM, British Airways, Shell, Le Meridian, Co-operative Group. Key achievements include Generated the business backing that resulted in the planning, build and sales of a suite of branded loyalty and CRM software and consultancy solutions that were branded and sold on a global basis.Supported the sales team to win and then deliver several software and consultancy solutions (each in excess £1 million revenue) to new clients to the agency.
