      I supervised and gave guidance to a professional staff of three, providing services to an 11-county area. I was held accountable for measurable achievements of these professionals. I served as manager and operating officer of the service area and was responsible for the effective organization, operation, and promotion of the council program within the service area through my team. Worked with the chair and commissioner of the districts in the service area to fulfill their functions and facilitate the optimum collaboration between the district and the board. During my time in this role, we achieved our membership and development goals.
