  Year up (YU) is a non-profit organization that provides young adults with professional and technological skills hiring companies need helping to close the opportunity divided. Was laid off due to company wide budget cuts at the beginning of the pandemic. Promoted nine months earlier to manage the operations of two YU Greater Atlanta Area sites. The operations team supported 10 departments of a staff of over 60 employees and 200 students a year. Recruited to manage a growing team accountable for building and stewarding relationships with Year Up (YU) Interns and corporate partners that host interns. A liaison between YU and corporate managers. -Focused on fostering team training, professional development, collaboration with teams and colleagues across departments, to ensure programmatic outcomes.
