      Maintain and operate a 0.4 MGD activated sludge wastewater plant. Process sewage sludge to compost following the sewage sludge regulations, 40cfr part 503. Water chemistry analysis at wastewater plant including: pH, 5 day Biochemical Oxygen Demand, e. Coli, Total Suspended Solids and Oil and Grease for the NPDES permit. Run plant control test of Dissolved Oxygen and settleometer test. Calculate F/M , sludge volume index and chart both. Report to EPA in a Discharge Monitoring Report.
