  Sophie Frost entered the healing arts profession 20 years ago as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She originally did a 2200 hour medical massage training course in Toronto Canada, which also included extensive spa services. She as well did energy work studies with practitioners in Toronto, New York and Texas.Having grown up with artists, and studied art & performance at Portland State University, Sophie is naturally drawn to esthetic values. With her experience in body work therapies, and skin care education and sales from working in the day spa setting, Sophie felt compelled to broaden her scope of practice. She completed her training and licensure in esthetics at the International Beauty School in 2010. She has had great experience and feed back as a Licensed Esthetician ever since."I see quality esthetics as something not only skin deep, but as well through energetic understanding.
