  Choices is a CRP which assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining competitive employment. Operations and managing our Jefferson City, MO office is my main responsibility and training the Staff to work with Employers in the community to meet their employment needs as well as individuals seeking employment opportunities to match their vocational goal. I also am working in the community with Employers to develop relations and partnerships to make accessibility an easier transition for our clients. In addition, I am responsible for sustaining professional relations with Vocational Rehabilitation, providing timely services for all referrals and responsible for planning, implementation, and supervision of employment and community programs for individuals who have disabilities. Responsible for maintaining financial stability through proper billing and requesting for authorization for services,. Responsible for monitoring client services to ensure services are person-centered and making necessary revisions in their Plan to better support their employment goals.
