  Involve in Manufacturing, Press Hemming, Dimensional control, Overall Quality and lead for Closures systems. Design of a product, manufacturing, installation of a complete line &/or kiting a line tooling until launch of the product. Also, the 4 sub-systems like process, authorization, allocation & study which is the Global Study Process Allocation System (GSPAS process).As ME, I am involve with dimensional quality, cycle time, welding quality, joining, product designs, gauging & fixturing, finance monitoring (2-way memos w/n cost & advance), prototype build. Tool design & tool buy offs with the Buy off/Kit check list. Regarding tooling, I am responsible of reviewing the design, dimensions, material, length, width and considering all values, my vendor and I design a tool & or fixture to grab/insert/add/move, transfer the parts, bracket or pieces through the line, in order to accomplish the task in every station. Programs Launched: 2020-CX430 (Bronco Sport) as Closure ME & Support as for 2021-P758 (Maverick) program. And I worked as ME leader during 2022 on the design of the Tooling/Buy off for increase capacity of the CX727-Mach E. Show less
