  I was fortunate to be trained in the office by Dr. Williams himself. Dr. Williams was the top dentist in the state of Ga and was highly honored by his peers & served on the State Board of Ga. Along with my duties of dental assistant I was also trained to manage the office which included appointments, accounts payable/receivables and filing medical claims. This was my first job after graduating from high school.

  My responsibilities included a wide range of the following accounting duties: a/p, government reports, levies/garnishments,1099 tax reporting, balancing fed cash letters, customer service, spare teller. Fortunately, I was given the opportunity to learn many areas of the banking industry which has helped me in my current position with 1st Franklin Financial Corporation.

  My current responsibilities included are some of the following:accts payable/receivables, 1099 reporting, setup ap vendor for all 280 offices in company, post and balance ledgers, bank balancing accounts, loan tax, and website maintenance. I have just celebrated my 25th year anniversary with the company in Sept 2008. I was honored in 2004 as "Frankie's Finest" an award for top employee in company. I have certification from IAPP and continue to meet certification requirements thorough training tools offered. Show less
