      Worked as Geographic Information System (GIS) Tech II at County of Santa Cruz, I interpreted deeds, combination/split forms, and recorded survey maps for verification and accuracy regarding Parcel Base, Blocks, Tax Codes, and Boundary Line Layers in the database. Furthermore, I maintained the historical database Assessor's Parcel Maps in Fortis, updating current maps and source document transmittals and archiving canceled maps for reference purposes.Moreover, I regularly tracked and updated the county-wide mainframe database with parcel acreage, new APN's, owner information, etc. I worked closely with other county departments, city of Santa Cruz, surveying offices, realtors, developers, and title companies.
