  PROJECT: 1. DIGITAL DPR: Developed a digital Daily Production Report dashboard for site using Power BI software. Scope: The dashboard produced a detailed track of activities on plant such as daily output, safety observations, deviations, training past dues, complaints, daily consumption, QC analysis, % absenteeism at site at one glance.Achievement:Reduction of training past dues, timely investigations and task closure and rate of absenteeism. 2. BATCH VISIBILITY TRACKER: Developed an end to end batch tracker (dashboard) on digital platform using Power BI tool.Scope: The dashboard produced an end to end track of batch from the stage of Planning, PO release, dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, packing, to QA release and dispatch. Thus, at one glance one can have overall summary of the batch such as ongoing stage of the batch, reasons for delay if any, any deviations.3. Reduction of total time required for Granulation by process optimization and automation: Conducted VSM (Value Stream Mapping) for the Granulation activity. Action points were taken on automation of certain activities like installation of PTS system for transfer of sifted sugar to HSG. Manual loading was replaced with Machine thereby reducing time. 4. Reduction of total time required for printing drum setting at Blister Pack Machine: VSM was conducted to identify the gaps in existing activity. Reduction in activity time was achieved by applying KAIZEN to the existing procedure. Show less
