      Committee member of The Psychology Society, supporting over 40 students across 4 teams (media, podcast, events, and magazine), all dedicated towards making psychological knowledge accessible to the average person, and empowering others the way psychology has empowered us. -Research Project: HATS: How are Academics Thought of by Society?-Heriot-Watt University (Psychology) Creator and producer of the GetPsyched! psychology podcast. I oversee the planning, production, publishing and outreach of our podcast. In addition, I also script and host episodes, with the support of our researchers. Leading over 25 members across 4 teams (media, magazine, events, and podcast). I help our members actualize their creative vision, grow, and share psychological knowledge to empower others. • Created a 140-page comprehensive revision guide for the Degree Entry Programme's Business Management Course• Created original visual aids and diagrams to illustrate theories and concepts.• Collated, wrote, organized, and edited large amounts of text to ensure high quality and reliability of the information. Represented student feedback, and was an intercessor between staff and students. Actively problem solved throughout the year and especially during the start of the unexpected Covid-19 pandemic.
