  Promoted to Academy Manager in which I was responsible for organising tournaments, trials, visas and managing the players overall experience once they arrived in Spain, including coordinating with their school teachers and parents. I also took the initiative to begin developing partnerships with local and international clubs, with the goal of bringing talented footballers to Barcelona. Through my experience with Barca Academy, I was offered the opportunity to move to Spain for the role of Residency Supervisor in a new academy that they were opening. I lived on-site with, and was tasked with ensuring the overall well being of, 40+ aspiring international players over two seasons from USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Kenya, Switzerland, Sweden, China, Mexico and Brazil.
