Plan and facilitate annual Homeless Point in Time Count to determine the amount of homeless individuals residing in the city of Las Vegas. Coordinate Project Homeless Connect, an annual event bringing together more than 150 providers from healthcare, housing, and transportation to judicial services to aid the homeless crisis. Ensure resources are being provided fairly among partnerships and community members. Integrate and analyze existing systems with new systems to better serve the homeless community. Develop a “no wrong door” approach to data collection so housing assessments can be completed anytime, anywhere a homeless person(s) willing to participate. Establish quality control procedures and “train the trainer” tools to ensure accurate data collection by providers and maintain staff skillset.
