Campaigns included the mailing of letters as well as the subsequent phone and email follow ups.• Cold called “white space” (companies where there is no current IBM footprint or install base) accounts with the intention of establishing meetings between the customer and IBM.• Secured numerous meetings across all levels in customer accounts for the IBM TSRs: C-Level, VP, Directors, and Managers.
