  I first started at Mars in the Monitoring and Alerting Team - my graduation area.My first challenge at this position was to deploy Spectrum monitoring tool into Data Centers in US. I was responsible for negotiating monitoring requirements with stakeholders and set them in the tool. The project took 9 months and I did work with a number of teams, from infrastructure to application level, as well. +4200 devices - network, Windows / Linux /Unix servers, Data Center facilities, etc were covered in this deployment.My next challenge was take over TWS global tech lead role and at the same time stabilize operation of brand new off-shore team that supported job scheduling operations across multiple applications and regions. Once transition was done, I had the mission to migrate 2 environments from version TWS 8.3 to 8.5. This project touched around 350 servers and several teams spread across multiple geographies. My last challenged in the position was to, again, upgrade the product from version 8.5 to 9.3 and on top of that hand over knowledge to new TWS Team from Brazil, Russia and China.My last role in the Infra area was Backup Senior Analyst in SCC Team. In this position my learning agility was put into test, once I was brand new in the position as global tech lead to manage the off-shore team and after 6 months in the position I was in charge of transitioning knowledge and operation from one off-shore company to a new service provider, this transition took 4 months and was successfully (Vendor Management skill was key in this moment). Once the transition completed, I focused on raising requirements and feasibility assessment to add Commvault tool into monitoring environment to make sure Backup Team proper action is taken in case of issues with backup jobs. Latest challenge in the role is make sure the Team is compliant with PwC Audit by designing processes and gathering evidences that those processes are followed. Show less
